ABOUT
SCANDINAVIAN SCANDAL

Scandinavian Scandal came to life with the intention to bring something clearly missing from the Swedish pole-scene; a competition that honors the roots and history of poledance, where heels are allowed and sexuality tributed. A competition that welcomes both afficionados and dancers from the industry; declaring that pole dance is stripper culture adapted to dance, fitness and the art of expression. Our dream project is constantly growing; with contestants from all over Europe, a dream panel of judges and under the direction of a strong team. Scandinavian Scandal’s goal is to open up the stage for everybody and anybody. And to be as inclusive as possible the drawing of contestants is at random via a live raffle after the application form of interest closes. Remember, oftentimes gems are hidden… To give the event that extra spark we build every year’s competition around a theme; we’ve gone from fire to ice and this year, 2025, the theme is radioactivity. Welcome to our tantalizing world.
Welcome to Scandinavian Scandal.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING

ATHLETES

“I want to go on stage again! And I think this will be my favorite championship! Super audience, super caring! We are delighted!.”
“From the very first step into the venue I was welcomed with open arms and clearly informed when and where everything was going to happen and where to receive answers to my questions. Clear instructions and straight to the point - exactly what's needed for a nervous soul!”

“Great with your own spot in the dressing room and very welcoming with goodiebag and nameplate.”

“Food, bar, loads of heels; you had really thought of everything!”

“The feeling of the whole event was for me a loving show in an open minded community, rather than a competition, which was amazing to be a part of.”
